Kompreno privacy brief
Updated August 2026
Data and governance overview for school rollout
This school-facing brief summarizes which Kompreno features create product-specific data, how text-based AI is processed in the EU, and how the product fits into the shared SteadyGo account and organization model.
Review focus
Account roles, product data, AI practice, and classroom rollout boundaries.
Product-specific learning data
- Vocabulary, notebook notes, AI chat sessions, and practice history stay scoped to Kompreno.
- Language settings such as native language, learning language, level, daily goal, and focus shape the learner experience.
- The product keeps school-facing data decisions visible instead of mixing them into TypiTrain tables.
School account model
- Kompreno reuses SteadyGo accounts, class roles, organization management, and regional administration.
- Schools can evaluate Kompreno with the same identity and rollout model used elsewhere in SteadyGo.
- Teachers receive a concise brief for internal approval and pilot planning.
Governance boundary
- This brief describes the Kompreno product surface; legal agreements remain separate documents.
- Text-based AI requests are processed by TensorX on EU infrastructure without retaining prompts or responses, using them for training, or sharing them with DeepSeek; voice transcription and pronunciation feedback remain separate, optional OpenAI processing. Additional DPA, TOM, deletion, and school-policy requirements can be reviewed alongside the platform documents.
- The app-specific overview helps decision makers see what data each feature can create.
